Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a partnership and a journey in self-exploration that increases your leadership presence and impact by transforming the way you:
- Connect with who you are – your purpose, strengths, and values
- Break free of limiting habits – shift beliefs and actions to support your vision
- Empower, engage, and build potential – by letting go of ego and positional power
- Lead change and transitions – manage resistances, create commitment and accountability
- Communicate with more impact – share more authenticity with clarity, passion and engagement
- Access your intuition and instincts – enhance decision making and build presence
- See and understand different views – expand self awareness and connection to others
- Expand leadership skills – in managing conflicts, people, feedback and influencing others
- Manage priorities and time – to have more balance, energy and focus
- Develop high-performing teams and leaders – to increase collaboration and productivity
We offer customized coaching programs for leaders that may have the following components:
- Initial foundation sessions – to create goals and focus
- Leadership & style assessments – MBTI © or selected others
- Regular coaching sessions – typically 2-3 calls a month
- 360 degree feedback – with key stakeholders (typically through interviews)
- Development check-in discussions – with boss/key stakeholder, client and coach to give feedback, guide and measure progress
- Just-in-time coaching support – short calls and email support in between sessions
Coaching programs are usually six months to a year in duration and are customized to the unique goals of the client. The coaching programs can be integrated with already existing leadership and development programs in the organization.
"Jen Todd is an excellent coach and a pleasure to work with. She partnered with me to develop clear, actionable approaches to address the unique challenges I faced. My relationships with co-workers were enhanced, I was more effective with my direct reports and I successfully navigated many really difficult situations. Jen supported me in trusting myself and pushed me to be a stronger leader."
“Go to the people. Learn from them. Live with them. Start with what they know. Build with what they have. The best of leaders when the job is done, when the task is accomplished, the people will say we have done it ourselves.”
